Back in Lireo, Gitano sensing the guards of Alena were now weak and
fatigued, played and tricked them to gain entry with Pirena and rescue Alena. Gitano,
thinking Pirena was just around in hiding, called her as she knocked down the
palace guards. But Pirena seems to be not around Lireo.
As the seemingly unending battle continues, Aquil had the chance to have
a snap chat with Prince Ybrahim and air his worry of defeat to Prince Ybrahim.
Aquil said, only praying to the Lord Emre for help was the only option left to
ever win the battle they are fighting for.
But afar, Prince Ybrahim saw Wahid and the Barbaros joining them in the battlefield
and replied to Aquil that the Lord Emre have answered their prayers for
rescuers arrived. Micah upon seeing the
Barbaros urged Agane to report at once to Hagorn and look for Asval who was now
nowhere to be found for they have already fled.
As Lira got away from her hooded pursuer Khalil, Danaya followed her upon advise by the wounded Muros that her hadiya(niece) was in grave danger being pursued by the hooded stranger that wounded him. But unknowingly behind them overhearing their conversation was Pirena who was in the area to spy and scout for Khalil whom she anointed with the incantation to be the one who will kill Lira.
The prophecy.
As the battle continues and back in Lireo, Alena managed to escape from her bondage through the help of Gitano who decoyed the palace guards so he can get the keys for Alena to be free. Alena then asked Gitano about Khalil's wheareabouts. Just like what Lilasari has told, Gitano told Alena he really has no idea where is Khalil and suggested to try and ask Cassiopeia instead. Without wasting a moment, Alena got to see Cassiopeia at once and ask where Khalil was. But Cassiopeia told her she cannot see Khalil with her gifted third eye as he was controlled by the serpent-god Ether who can be found in the old ruins of Etheria. Again, without wasting time, Alena used her invictus to get to Etheria and seek Ether. But Ether told Alena, she can no longer recall Khalil's unfortunate life for he will be already dead by that moment and that she can no longer see her son alive. Still Alena could not believe everything and go back to Cassiopeia. Upon hearing what Alena said about what was told to her by Ether, Cassiopeia then concluded that her plan have worked about the avatar Lira she created to decoy Khalil. In her mind, Cassiopea asked forgiveness for what she has done and just sympathize with the worried emotions of Alena for the short and unfortunate life of Khalil but cannot do anything about it. And so the prophecy happened.
Lira was puzzled why the hooded pursuer was so persistent and decided to confront him instead. She then recognize it was Khalil, the one who rescued her from the hathors back in Lireo after her escape from the crystal ball that imprisoned her after the incantations done by Adhara. Lira tried to introduced herself to Khalil. But Khalil was so focused with the orders from Hagorn to kill Lira. Khalil struck Lira with his sword and Lira lay dead. But since it was only an avatar or decoy that Khalil had struck, the real Lira just stand as she witnessed Danaya quickly pick up the sword lying on the ground and struck on the back the hooded Khalil still unknown to her. As Danaya thought Lira was the one wounded lying dead on the ground, her worry and anger made her so furious that she again pick up the sword on the ground and struck the hooded stranger in his chest. The hooded Khalil knelt in pain prompting Danaya to then pulled the hood off Khalil's head and recognized the dying Khalil. As Khalil was about to fall dead, behind Pirena appeared and witnessed everything.
A new battle arises.
Danaya was so shocked to see the one she struck dead was her nephew Khalil. She immediately hold him in her arms and tried to heal his wounds but her powers seemed to be not working. Lira still puzzled and shocked by the events tried to ask why her Ashti Danaya knows Khalil. Khalil in his child-like tone was quick to answer with the incantation that her mother Alena have taught her to tell everyone who will ask who he was: 'Ako si Khalil, anak ni Ybarro at ni Alena.' And Khalil breathed his last. The scene was also witnessed by a hathor who rushed to his troop and reported what he saw. The hathor immediately informed Hagorn what happened to Khalil. Thinking what the consequence of Khalil's death will bring to Amihan and her sisters. Hagorn immediately ordered retreat of his troops and head back to Lireo. Hagorn was settled in his thinking that with Danaya having killed Khalil will bring chaos among the blood sisters and bring war among sisters.
Hearing what Khalil just said, Danaya confirmed to Lira the truth and that Khalil was also the son of her father Ybrahim to her sister Alena. As the blue butterfllies flew over Khalil, Lira was quick to shoo them away fromthe body of her dead brother. Based on her own experience, they were the ones who will accompany the dead to Devas, the afterlife. But Pirena insisted Khalil was now dead and there's nothing they can do. Lira then thought about the 'grain of life' she was fed that made her come to life when she was fed with it after she once died. Pirena suggested that they get what Lira was referring to and agree to come with them in finding such. Although doubtful with Pirena's true intention, Danaya, assessing how important it is to save Khalil's life, decided to let her come along as they seek for the 'grain of life.' The three of them, braved the place inhabited and guarded by a fierce creature to find the grain.
Meanwhile, back in the battleground, Amihan was scouring the place to look for Lira. She decided to go back to their quarters to be with her wounded troops and report to Ybrahim that she cannot find Lira but hopeful she was safe with Danaya for both of them were still out somewhere.

Her search brought Alena and Gitano in the bay where the battle took place. But since the troops have gone back to their quarters, she only found Pirena, Danaya and Lira beside Khalil's dead body. Although happy to see Alena, Danaya could not contain her grief facing Khalil's mother. And told her although she was delighted to see her but the the very day was ought to be so condemned having killed Khalil. And Alena finally asked Danaya about Khalil's whereabouts. Although remorseful, Danaya has no choice but to tell Alena that Khalil was the dead lying nearby on the ground. Alena could not believe everything seeing her dead child. As Lira stood behind her Asti Alena weeps over the dead body of her half-brother Khalil, she couldn't do anything but likewise share the grief and loss and just offer comfort to her Ashti Alena. Although Alena felt the warmth of Lira's sympathy, but sensing she was somewhat a stranger made her asked who she was. Lira mentioned their meeting before with Gitano while she was still Milagros back in the human world. Alena recalled and realized it was really the real Lira, the daughter of her sister Alena that she was with. Although puzzled how she got in Engcantadia as she still feels the grief within her, Alena hugged ira and accepted her sympathy.
