The battle begins.
As the troops get in line and prepare to start the battle, Hagorn
instructed and reminded his troops his directive of killing all their enemies
and no one should be spared alive. Hagorn turn to Khalil ordered him not to
remove his face mask so that he will not be recognized by Amihan’s group and
reminded him to do his prime task of pursuing Lira and killing her. He then
ordered Micah to lead the troop along with Asval to attack from the rear
position of their enemies. But before Micah could turn to follow Hagorn’s
order, he whispered to her to watch over Asval. With Hahorn’s troop now ready, Agane,
the mashna-de of the hathors, started the attack by shouting: ‘Atayde Hathoria!’
and the battle begins.
Defenses and positions.
Amihan positioned herself in front of Lira and
thought as her group’s first move and defense was to invoke her wind power and
create a tornado that will delay their enemies from their attack. True enough,
the hathors cannot advance and positioned properly with the tornado stopping
them from advancing. Many hathors perished due to the tornado. Seeing what was
happening to his troops, Hagorn summons his fire power and counter Amihan’s
tornado but to no avail. Agane later reported their big casualty due to the
tornado. Hagorn got furious and threaten to retaliate with equal powers. He
ordered his troop to be ready and prepare to attack again.
Seeing the movement of Hagorn’s troops and
sensing a new attack, Prince Ybrahim ordered his troop to prepare and be ready
with their shields. True enough, Hagorn ordered balls of fire be fired to
Amihan’s troops. But Amihan and her troop were now able to position better with
their shields up to protect them. They’ve survived Hagorn’s wave of fire balls
with little to no casualties.
Meanwhile, Muros noticed movements behind them
and saw enemies led by Asval and Micah advancing behind them. Amihan quick to
think shouted it was an ambush attack. Prince Ybrahim immediately ordered and
deployed Danaya and Aquil to counter them as Amihan and Muros to retain in the
front row with the troops. Amihan agreed to Ybrahim’s defense idea and ordered
the troops to follow what Ybrahim had said as she asked Lira to fight beside
her. And Amihan ordered her troop to be ready to advance again towards Hagorn.
And as Amihan and her troop charged, Hagorn ordered Agane to follow Amihan and
make sure she and her daughter will part ways during the fighting. Agane gladly
followed Hagorn’s order and headed to where Amihan and Lira was positioned.
A mother’s desperate plea.
As the battle goes on and back in the wine
cellar dungeon where Alena was imprisoned, Lilasari cautiously approached Alena
upon hearing her calls her son Khalil as she cries. Alena slipped in and out of
her consciousness as she dreamt of Khalil and seeing blood in her hands as she
deamed of her son. And when she awoke
and regain consciousness, she was in desperate sadness over her dream of Khalil
and her bloody dream. Half conscious and wondering she mistakenly identified
the approaching Lilasari as her sister Danaya. Lilasari got to her and tell
Alena her identity. Alena begged for Lilasari to bring Khalil for her to see,
embrace and be with him even for just a moment. Melted by Alena’s overflowing
love to Khalil, Lilasari finally told the whereabouts of Khalil and Hagorn’s
plan for him. But Alena figured out Hagorn and Lilasari’s dark plans for her
son and got really mad with Lilasari shouting and telling her hatred and that
she and Hagorn were the most evil and asked why they need to do such evil
things to her son. Lilasari denied having to do with any of Hagorn’s plan and
that she should thank her instead since she told everything about her son.
Alena cursed her and Hagorn and vow vengeance to make them suffer. Alena prayed
to the Lord Emre to protect and keep her son safe. Alena tried to get loose from her bondage by
singing her powerful voice. But the shackles that bind him were strong enough
with Hagorn’s powerful incantations not to let her loose.
