The proof.
As they held Lira in captivity, Pirena tried to hurt her on several occasion but her sword seemed not to avoid her and realized she got some kind of protection. Pirena became interested why does Lira seemed to have there some kind of power that protects her from being hurt. She was likewise interested to know the truth if what she's telling who she really was is true and why she and Gurna could not recall what she was telling about.
In order to prove if Lira was telling the truth, Pirena sought Ether in Etheria and asked her about Lira. But Ether who seemed annoyed seeing a sangre was firm not to tell who Lira was to Pirena. Sensing, she cannot get any information from Ether, Pirena thought of bringing Lira to Etheria. Ether even spewed fireballs to Pirena in order for her to leave her alone. Pirena left in order to get Lira.
A lesson to learn.
Upon arrival at Etheria and seeing Ether resting, Pirena hide by a boulder asked Lira to identify if the serpent was the Ether she was referring to and asked her to come near it. Lira oblige by Pirena's wish and approach Ether as she give her a thud to awaken her. Upon seeing Lira, Ether seemed annoyed by her presence. Lira demanded Ether that she revoked in full her spell to her to enable her parents, relatives and those who knew her to recognize her. But Ether was firm and told Lira that it was meant to teach lesson to her and to the sangres for what happened to Khalil. She ordered Lira to leave. But Lira was firm in demanding Ether she need to bring back the lost memory of her relatives and bring back everything as it was before. Lira even threw stones to Ether to annoyed her more. But Ether threatened Lira she will bite her and blew fireballs to send her away.
The 'Celia Rodriguez of Engcantadia.'
On the way out, Lira encountered Pirena and asked why did she left her behind. Pirena told Lira she decided to hide for if she will be seen by Ether there will be that tendency that Ether will not tell the truth. In order to win her trust, Pirena now assured Lira she now believes her. But, Lira told Pirena in a jolly way that she was the 'Celia Rodriguez ng Engcantadia.' and that she has doubts that she might used the information she got from Ether to her advantage. Puzzled by how Lira talks, Pirena talking as her aunt, told her she cannot understand a thing she was talking about and that sometimes she wished she can just spank her. Pirena instead ordered her to go to Gurna and asked her to accompany her back to Lireo before she lost temper with her. But in her inquisitive manner, she further asked Pirena what she be doing in deciding to stay in Etheria. In a stern and commanding voice, Pirena requested Lira that if ever she wanted to get along with each other she must learn how to leave her alone and commanded Lira to leave at once while she stayed to talk again to Ether.
Pirena's new power.
Ether was again annoyed seeing Pirena. But Pirena pacified her by telling that though she now know about Lira, she promised no one will ever know the secret. But Ether was not amused and instead challenged Pirena that she does not worry even if the truth leaked for no one will believe since nobody remembers Lira at all. Pirena then took the opportunity to struck a deal with Ether. Pirena requested Ether to grant her power to use against her enemies particulary her sisters. Ether was cautious to say that she do not agree since one of her supposed enemy was her father, Hagorn who worship her and was one of her loyal servant. Pirena insist that she was uthe deal nlike her sisters who worship Emre but instead she will be willing and be loyal to anybody who can give her powers to fight and get even with her sisters. Although reluctant because of Pirena's nature of being a traitor, Ether granted Pirena's request with a deal that should she breach it will cost her own life. Desperate to have the power she needed to revenge against her sisters, Pirena accepted Ether's condition. Ether spewed some matter from her mouth and struck it on Pirena's mouth leaving her to drop unconscious. When she regained consciousness, Pirena discovered that Ether gave her the power in her hands to melt and dissolve everything that she touches with the exception of the sword she's holding and the accessories she wore in her body. To test her new power, Ether instructed her to touch one of the beams in Etheria and soon as Pirena lay her hands in it, the beam started to melt and dissolve.
Lira returns to Lireo.
Lira returned to the where Gurna was and requested her to accompany her to Lireo as per Pirena's order. Gurna accompanied Lira back to Lireo. Amihan was so happy and relieved to see Lira back and welcome her back. Gurna told Amihan that it was Pirena's idea to accompany Lira to Lireo. When asked why was she with Pirena? Lira beg to have some rest first before telling them for she was quite so sleepy and lack sleep. Amihan ordered her dame to accompany Lira to her room to rest.
A love that will never be.
Back in Sapiro, Ybrahim was admiring from afar the glow of lights that made Lireo beamed at night. Wantuk approached him and asked while wondering Ybrahim, had Amihan be not a queen who among Amihan and Alena he will chose to love. Ybrahim answered that such will never happen for no man belongs to no man but only to Lireo. As Wantuk left Ybrahim alone in his thoughts, Ybrahim's thoughts wander through the times when Amihan and him were fighting together back to back on the battles they've been together. A bitter sweet love. A love that will never ever be.
Lost love.
Alena was about to go out of Sapiro and seek Pirena in the woods when Ybrahim chanced meeting her by the entrance of the castle. Ybrahim prevented her and told Alena that going with Pirena will only endanger her and put her in compromise with her sisters since Pirena have always deceived them due to her greedy and abusive traits.
But Alena was determined to leave Sapiro for she can sense that Ybarro no longer loves her and that he should be true to himself instead. Alena then asked Ybarro if he still loves her. Ybrahim replied by telling her that his love for her will never be gone and will always be. Alena pointed out that there is a difference between someone loved to someone who was being loved or even to someone who was in love. Alena asked which one was she from the three she mentioned followed by the question if he still loved her like he used to before or not anymore. She further asked if he was in love with someone else. Ybarro turned to Alena and asked if there's a chance to bring back what they have in the past and that he wanted to rekindle and bring back the warmth of the love they had before and asked Alena's help if its possible to bring back the warmth of the love they have before AGAIN. Ybarro asked Alena to stay and they embraced tight.
A sister's prayer.
Amihan found Danaya in Lireo's praying room serving some offerings to the god Emre. When asked, Danaya told Amihan she was making the offer for their sisters. So, that they can be enlightened. Just like before when they were still kids they were happy then. She turned to Amihan and asked if such happy time will happen again. Amihan replied for Danaya not to loose hope and always have faith especially what their mother have said before for they were all true once the love return to the hearts of their sisters. For one day they will return. Danaya replied and told Amihan, she will then pray for them everyday. Danaya and Amihan hugged each other tight.
A new breed of enemies.
At Lilasari's camp, Gitano, Asval and the rest in their troop practiced their fighting skills and b ready to defend their queen, Lilasari who happens to be pregnant with Hagorn's child. Gitano who remained loyal to her renewed his vow to serve Lilasari and even foster and serve the child she's bringing though not his own because of his love for her. Lilasari was also becoming more and more attached to Gitano closely. Micah and the rest of their allies were witnesses to the love between Lilasari and Gitano. Even Asval can sense their extra closeness.
The attack.
As the whole kingdom of Lireo celebrates, Amihan summoned all engcantados to welcome them back to the new Lireo. She told them they now have a renewed and reformed kingdom and urge them to help in guarding their new found freedom for there were still be threats now that their enemies are preparing and planning ne attacks and that there will even be new types of enemies aside from the ones they already have. She asked for their cooperation and vigilance. As Amihan was in the middle of her welcome address to the engcantados, an attacker slipped from the rows of the listening engcantados and struck her. Everyone in the main hall were shocked and in disbelief. to what happened to their queen.
